These rules apply to vehicle rentals.
We understand that you sometimes want to bring your pet with you on trips and we do not charge extra fees for this, but you must let us know when booking.
The animal must not be loose in the vehicle and must be in a cage. If you do not have your own cage, you can rent one from us for SEK 50/day, subject to availability.
When using a belt or harness, a blanket or similar should be used to protect the interior. Keep in mind that tear marks can easily appear on interior walls when the dog wants to look out.
It is the renter's responsibility to clean up after the animal and ensure that the animal is not loose in the vehicle. A fee of SEK 2000 for reconditioning may apply if the vehicle is dirtier than normal.
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles, Violation will be fined SEK 2000 for cleanup.
If you register your vehicle on the Öresund Bridge, you must remember to deregister it after you have left.
We cannot help you with refunds if someone else drives over with your account registered.
We are also not allowed to give out information about our renters.
